Hand Push into Wall
Stand with your back against the wall and attempt to take your wrist towards the wall as far as possible.
Push unaffected hand forward into the opposite hand and hold for 6 seconds. Relax and slowly bring the hand back down. Repeat two to three times.

- Step 1 — Take your wrist towards the wall as far as possible.
- Step 2 — Hold for 6 seconds.
- Step 3 — Slowly lower the hand.
- Repeat 2-3 times.
