Frozen Shoulder Exercise 4

Head Wash


Lift your affected arm above your head and move your hand in a circular motion reaching to the opposite ear. Moving the arm around for 6 seconds. Relax and slowly bring your hand down. Repeat two to three times.

  • Step 1 – Lift your affected arm above your head.
  • Step 2 – Move your hand in circles for 6 seconds.
  • Step 3 – Slowly bring the hand back down.
  • Repeat 2-3 times.
