“World’s Absolute Authority On Frozen Shoulder!”

I’m a board certified family physician and have worked as a primary care medical doctor both in New York and in Southern California. Then I suddenly became a miserable, suffering patient with two frozen shoulders–the left shoulder for around 6 months, and right shoulder for the past 2-1/2 months. Having Dr. O’s MCD (Manual Capsular Dissection) Procedure performed was the best decision I ever made. Watch her video testimonial!

    “Breakthrough Treatment!”

In my capacity as a duly qualified medical physician, I have witnessed excellent results with numerous patients who have undergone Dr. O’s MCD (Manual Capsular Dissection) Procedure for adhesive capsulitis frozen shoulder. All of these patients had attended numerous treatment sessions with various health practitioners and/or therapists with little or no results. See More Testimonials!

    “Outstanding Results!”

As a medical rheumatologist, I have seen numerous patients with adhesive capsulitis frozen shoulder, with less than satisfying treatment results. A friend of mine who suffered from frozen shoulder for one year, had asked me to attend her MCD Procedure. After less than an hour of non-invasive manipulation of her shoulder with Dr. Oolo-Austin’s neuro-muscular treatment, my friend could lift her arm up above her head (see picture). There were also 3 other patients there who had undergone Dr. O’s MCD Procedure for frozen shoulder the day before. They also showed the same outstanding results. See More Testimonials!

    “Dr. Austin Is For Real!”

45 minutes after the MCD Procedure and with no surgery, magic happened! I could raise my arm above my head and regain functional range of motion. Dr. Oolo-Austin is for real, he actually cures frozen shoulders. While I was at the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic, a constant flow of patients were coming from all over the world for treatment of their frozen shoulders. Everyone who had the MCD Procedure came out with big smiles moving their affected arms. It was overwhelming to watch. Thank you Dr. Oolo-Austin for taking care of me and giving me my life back! See More Testimonials!

    Frozen Shoulder Overview

Frozen Shoulder results from a medical condition called adhesive capsulitis that progresses through three stages, leading to a painful loss of range of motion in the shoulder joint.

When frozen shoulder occurs, it causes persistent shoulder pain, inflammation and stiffness in the tissues surrounding the shoulder joint capsule, and the condition is known to gradually worsen over time. These persistent symptoms can make daily tasks extremely painful and challenging.

Frozen shoulder causes the shoulder capsule (the glenohumeral capsule) to contract and leads to scar tissue surrounding the ball-and-socket joint. This scar tissue develops into adhesions, which obstruct movement between the upper arm bone (humeral head), shoulder blade (scapula) and shoulder socket, leading to worsening mobility (both active range of motion and passive range of motion) and severe pain.

Without proper treatment, this stubborn shoulder condition can last for years, however, it is possible to treat frozen shoulder quickly and safely using the MCD procedure.

How Our Specialized Shoulder Procedure Will Help You

If you are experiencing painful shoulder limitations that are having an impact on your quality of life, the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic wants you to know: You are not alone, and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

    How is Frozen Shoulder Diagnosed?

People who are developing frozen shoulder symptoms often seek out a number of successful therapies to relieve pain and restore shoulder movement because many healthcare practitioners fail to properly diagnose frozen shoulder syndrome, especially during the early stages. Patient histories often reveal visits to a family physician or physical therapist that were unable to reduce pain or restore shoulder range of motion.

At the World Frozen Shoulder Clinic, our experience and expertise has led to an unmatched understanding of how people develop frozen shoulder syndrome and what to look for at each stage.

    How is Frozen Shoulder Treated?

The MCD procedure has helped thousands of patients treat frozen shoulder symptoms, make a full recovery and take back control of their lives. This one-day, non-surgical intervention is world-renowned for its exceptionally high success rate at “unfreezing”  strong connective tissue in the shoulder capsule to provide immediate relief from shoulder pain and restore range of motion.

We are constantly refining our techniques, which has led to some innovative breakthroughs to improve patient comfort during this life-changing shoulder manipulation.

We utilize specialized, ultrasound guided local anesthetics and IV administered analgesics. The patient is under a twilight zone sedation so that the muscles have tonicity and provide feedback. This process is much safer than a general anesthetic where the muscles are in a flaccid state of paralysis. With this, the patient can experience absolutely no pain during the procedure!

    ABOUT OUR SPECIAL SHOULDER PROCEDURE

Why You Can Be Confident That We Can Fix Your Frozen Shoulder

Our protocol for frozen shoulder treatment uses a strict screening and qualification process to ensure the highest possible probability of treatment success. As such, not everyone qualifies, since there is a wide range of possible underlying conditions and complicating factors. That said, we do everything possible to make sure that each and every qualified candidate makes a full recovery.

We closely examine every patient’s shoulder joint issues with scrupulous care and adapt the MCD Procedure to address their unique and specific idiosyncrasies. Although no two frozen shoulders are the same, we strive to help all patients achieve the same result after their one-day procedure: pain-free shoulders and a renewed range of motion!

OUR UNIQUE METHOD OF CURING FROZEN SHOULDER

    The MCD Procedure

Developed by Dr. O, the Manual Capsular Dissection (MCD) Procedure, is a non-surgical intervention to quickly cure adhesive capsulitis frozen shoulder and restore shoulder function.

This medical breakthrough has fundamentally changed how most frozen shoulders are treated, thanks to a 98% success rate at restoring range of motion and functionality to frozen shoulders.

This unique method involves isolating the scar tissue inside and outside the shoulder capsule and liberating it through the use of specific patient movements in conjunction with specialized shoulder joint mobilization procedures. Unlike arthroscopic surgery, the MCD Procedure is completely non-invasive and does not involve cutting into the shoulder.

Usually completed in about an hour, people are surprised at how quickly the MCD procedure can put an end to months, or even years, of suffering. Even patients with debilitating shoulder pain and stiffness leave the clinic the same day with complete shoulder function nearly restored.

Following the completion of their scheduled physical therapy for rehabilitation and mobility, patients are able to take on regular activities that had become impossible because of their shoulder joint pain and stiffness.
